Privacy policy

This policy covers Rhuuts Ads Automation, an internal tool used to report on and manage Rhuuts advertising on Meta. It is not a shopping service or a public Facebook login application.

Who operates this tool

Rhuuts, marketed and sold by R H Foods, operates this tool for its own advertising. Contact: uma@rhuuts.co.in. Business address: Gomti Apartment, 72-C, Pocket A-9, Kalkaji Extension, South Delhi, Delhi 110019, India.

Information accessed

With an authorized administrator’s permission, the tool accesses Meta ad-account identifiers and settings, campaign and ad identifiers, creative assets, budgets, schedules, delivery status, and advertising performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks and landing-page views. Meta may also return basic administrator profile information under its authorization process.

The tool uses access credentials to communicate with Meta. Credentials are kept separate from public pages and reporting outputs. The tool is not designed to collect private messages, individual shoppers’ browsing histories, passwords, or payment-card details.

How information is used

• Produce advertising reports and compare creative performance.
• Create and manage Rhuuts campaigns, subject to authorized budget and operating limits.
• Record configuration changes, troubleshoot errors and verify account actions.

Aggregate Amazon sales and session metrics may be imported separately for business reporting. Those totals are not represented as individual purchases attributed to Meta ads.

Storage and access

Reports, campaign configuration, creative files and operational logs are stored in Rhuuts-controlled project storage. API credentials are restricted to the account operator and the execution environment. Access is limited to authorized operators and the service providers used to run the tool. No security measure can eliminate all risk.

Service providers and disclosure

Meta processes API requests and advertising data under its own policies. Rhuuts uses OpenAI’s Codex services to develop and operate the workflow; information supplied to those services is subject to their applicable terms and settings. This policy page’s hosting provider may process connection information needed to serve the page. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Rhuuts does not sell information obtained through this internal tool.

Retention

Operational records are retained while needed to manage advertising, investigate issues, and meet applicable business or legal recordkeeping obligations. API access is removed when no longer needed. Copies are reviewed for removal when an account connection ends or a valid deletion request is received.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email uma@rhuuts.co.in with the subject “Rhuuts Ads Automation data request.” State whether you want access, correction, or deletion, and identify the relevant Meta account or connection. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We may ask for information needed to verify your authority over the account. After verification, we will address the request and explain any records that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Removing the application’s authorization through Meta prevents future authorized access; it does not automatically delete records already stored by Rhuuts. This request process does not delete information held independently by Meta or Amazon.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when the tool’s data practices change.
